We are going to make an offer on the house we've been eyeing for months. :) It's so great! It's a bit of a fixer-upper, but not too much, and I bet we can make a good $20k-5ok off it by the time we "upgrade" in 5-7 years. We need to update the CH/CA system and possibly a new roof; we'll repaint it as well (Jeff wants that done FIRST).
It's in a good neighborhood and hey, it even has a nursery already painted so no worries there when we do decide to have kids. :) It reminds me so much of Gil and Casie's house back in Pittsburg - that " '50s but modernized" feel.
Wa-HOOOOOO! I'm off to the bank to speak with the loan officer. Good times, good times. :)
